EISD Inc. provides Oracle EPM consultancy services. Our services include, but are not limited to, enterprise performance management, financial planning, business intelligence, and related consulting services.

Clients engaging with EISD Inc. agree to provide accurate and necessary information for the successful delivery of services. Any delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information may impact the timeline and quality of the services provided

EISD Inc. acknowledges the confidentiality of client information and commits to maintaining the privacy and security of any proprietary or sensitive data shared during the course of the engagement.

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by EISD Inc. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the individual service agreements.

Any intellectual property developed or provided by EISD Inc. as part of the services remains the property of EISD Inc. Clients may use the deliverables for their intended purpose but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell without explicit permission.

EISD Inc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EISD Inc. is registered.

EISD Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
